With the capacity to accommodate up to 12 people and 3 young children (with adapted beds), this 5-room cottage also features a mezzanine with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. Attached to a renovated convent, the cottage offers complete independence and is surrounded by a beautiful garden spanning 2500 m2. Situated in the village center, you will have convenient access to shops while enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. The cottage is well-equipped with modern appliances and offers a comfortable and spacious living space.This fantastic lodging has been awarded 3 stars by the Prefecture and is ideally located near various attractions. The highway to Lannion (22 km), the stunning beaches of Perros-Guirec (25 km), Guingamp (13 km), Bégard (4 km) with its water park, and the charming small town of character are all easily accessible.
The weekly prices in euros for the rental are as follows:
- July / August: 990
- May / June / September: 790
- Rest of the year: 690
Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people (beds) or 12 people if the sofa bed is utilized. Beyond 12 people, there is the possibility of adding 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor, free of charge. However, individuals using these mattresses must bring their own sheets (or sleeping bag) and towels. The maximum capacity of the house cannot exceed 15 people. For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day on top of the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is required.
A local tax of 0.50 euros per person per day (for individuals aged 13 and above) is applicable from September 1 to September 30.
Rest easy knowing that bed linen and bathroom linen are included in the prices.
I am delighted to welcome you for weekend or short stays outside of school holidays. The price for a 2-night weekend stay is 410 euros (based on 12 people), with an additional night costing 175 euros.
