Location: Côtes d'Armor department, situated by the sea in the beautiful tourist region of Cote de Granit Rose. It is conveniently located only 2 km from Lannion and Perros-Guirec, 10 km from the nearest beach, 0.8 km from the river, and 2 km from shops and the town center.Our charming house, with a 4-star rating, offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. Spread across 3 rooms, this semi-detached house spans over 55 m2 and features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and two toilets. The house is designed with an east-west orientation and is surrounded by a vast 6000 m2 garden, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a terrace, a courtyard, and private parking. The sleeping arrangements include 3 single beds, 1 double bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 cot, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. For your convenience, we offer linen rental services, and although cleaning is not included, it can be arranged for an additional fee of 40 Euros.
The house is fully furnished with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, and even a fireplace for those cooler evenings. Entertainment options include a TV, while outdoor amenities comprise a barbecue, a garden, table tennis, and various outdoor games for children.
