Situated on the grounds of a former rum distillery, our single-level villa offers a unique charm that will captivate you. The property spans across 2500 m2 and features a refreshing swimming pool and convenient private parking. Just 500m away, you'll find the bustling fishing port and the beautiful St. Felix beach. Our prime location between Saint Anne and the gullet ensures easy access to various amenities such as grocery stores, bakeries, pizzerias, laundries, restaurants, and bars, all within a minute's walk.Indulge in comfort and relaxation in any of our three beautifully appointed rooms, the Iguana, Calabash, and Mill. Each room boasts a comfortable double bed with top-quality bedding and a private bathroom. The Iguana room even provides a private toilet and direct access to the garden and pool, creating a serene atmosphere for your enjoyment.
To enhance your stay, we also offer exciting plane rides and boat trips. Additionally, we can assist with arranging vehicle rentals and airport transfers, ensuring your convenience throughout your visit.
For a delightful dining experience, join us on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for an optional convivial dinner priced at $15 per person, which includes a complimentary aperitif by the pool (wine not included). Upon your arrival, we will warmly welcome you with a refreshing welcome drink and a small snack.
Please note that all rooms and public areas are designated as non-smoking spaces. To kickstart your day, indulge in our hearty American breakfasts, which are included in your stay. To reach the villa from the airport, head towards Saint Anne. At the second roundabout, take a left towards Bellevue. After 50 meters, make a right onto impasse of the distillery. You will find the villa at No. 4, located at the end of the impasse.
