The house was built in 1650 and underwent renovations in 2004. With an area of 85 m² (914 sqft), it features three main rooms. The spacious living area (34 m²) includes an integrated kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace. There is a 13 m² bedroom with a 180 cm wide bed that can be separated into two singles upon request, as well as a 14 m² bedroom with two single beds. Bed linens are provided and included in the rental price, and the beds are equipped with featherbeds. The bathroom features a large shower, and there is a separate toilet.The house is conveniently located, with Bordeaux being 45 km away, Sauternes 15 km away, St Emilion 35 km away, Arcachon 80 km away, and the ocean 90 km away. Guests can enjoy free use of the tennis court located 100 m away, and there is a swimming pool 5 km away and a golf course 15 km away.

This cozy property features 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 1 bathroom, and 1 separate toilet. With an area of 83 m2 / 914 sqft and a garden of 300 sqm / 3227 sqft, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.Our holiday home has been awarded a 3-star tourist ranking and is fully furnished. It was originally built in 1650 and underwent renovations in 2004. You can expect comfortable amenities such as bedding, including a sofabed and 4 twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, cooking stove, oven, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Linen is also included for your convenience.
Enjoy the beautiful surroundings as our property is located in the vineyards of Bordeaux, nestled between two seas, and offering stunning views of the vineyards. The garden is enclosed, providing privacy and a peaceful atmosphere. Inside, the main living area is spacious, featuring an integrated kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed and fireplace. One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed that can be separated into two twin beds upon request, while the other bedroom has two twin beds.

1. Begin your journey from Bordeaux by taking the ring road and then the motorway towards Toulouse and Agen (Interchange 19).
2. On the highway towards Toulouse, take the first exit after the toll booth: Podensac, CADILLAC.
3. After the exit, turn right onto the first road towards CERON and CADILLAC.
4. Continue on the road towards CADILLAC.
5. Once you cross the bridge over the Garonne, take a right onto June 10 D. At the roundabout, continue towards CADILLAC for 200 meters.
6. Stay on this road until you reach Sainte Croix du Mont.
7. In the village of Sainte Croix du Mont, turn left towards Gabarnac.
8. Keep on this road for about 3 km, ignoring any signs for Gabarnac on your left. You will arrive at the village entrance sign for GABARNAC. The cottage is the first house on the right after this sign. Look for an avenue of trees, two main buildings, and a sign that says "Clévacances" on the mailbox. The town hall is located 100 meters in front of the house.
