The Old Bakery is located on the outskirts of the charming village of Langourla in Brittany, occupying a spacious 1-acre plot of land. Just a quick 15-minute drive away is the medieval town of Jugon les Lacs. The main house boasts 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with their own private facilities. Additionally, there is a fully equipped 2-bedroom Gite/Cottage available for longer stays, providing guests with independence. Upon arrival, guests are treated to a complimentary welcome drink to help them settle in.For those who prefer dining in, a variety of menus for traditional and relaxed evening meals are offered. Simply provide 24 hours' notice, so that the finest local ingredients can be sourced for your table. Gourmet breaks are also available, catering to a minimum of 4 guests, ensuring a memorable stay and dining experience. Wine, beer, and cider can be purchased to accompany your meal.
Should you plan on embarking on day trips, packed lunches can be provided upon request with a 24-hour notice.
Langourla is a peaceful village with its own lake, nestled amidst picturesque rolling countryside and nearby woodlands. In the village, you will find essential shops, 2 bars, and a stunning church, making it the perfect backdrop for your holiday.
Langourla is conveniently located just a 1-hour drive from St Malo, 40 minutes from Rennes Airport, and 35 minutes from the breathtaking sandy beaches and harbors of baie de St Brieuc. The village serves as an ideal base for exploring the regions of Cotes dArmor, Ille et Vilaine, and Morbihan. Within a few kilometers, you can experience the beautiful coastline from Val-Andre to Cap Fréhel, where the landscape transitions from expansive sandy beaches to rugged coastal scenery. The area is also home to numerous lakes, offering opportunities for fishing, boating, and bird watching. Whether you prefer leisurely strolls or more challenging hikes, the region offers a variety of walking trails suitable for all levels of fitness. Additionally, the area is popular with cyclists.

Description for Gite
Welcome to The Cottage, a self-catering gite located next to the main house. Fully equipped for a comfortable and independent stay, our gite can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms – one twin and one double. There is a toilet upstairs and a toilet with a shower downstairs.The kitchen is well-appointed with a fridge, freezer, gas hob and oven, microwave, and washing machine. The sitting area is tastefully furnished with a TV and Satellite for your relaxation. Private parking and a BBQ area are also included, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining in a secluded and comfortable setting.

Directions to La Vieille Boulangerie:
From the port at St Malo:
1. Follow the signs for Toutes Directions, heading towards Rennes.
2. Join the N176 heading west towards St Brieuc and Dinan.
3. Continue on this road until you pass Dinan.
4. Turn off for Caulnes and Broons onto the D766.
5. After about 1-2 kilometers, the road becomes the D793.
6. At the roundabout, take the road to Broons (D793).
From Dinard Airport:
1. Take the D766, which merges onto the N176.
2. Join the N176 heading west towards St Brieuc and Dinan.
3. Stay on this road until you pass Dinan.
4. Turn off for Caulnes and Broons onto the D766.
5. After about 1-2 kilometers, the road becomes the D793.
6. At the roundabout, take the road to Broons (D793).
Once you arrive in Broons:
1. Go straight through the center and bear left after the church towards Ereac (D793).
2. In Ereac, take the second exit at the roundabout as you enter the village, heading on the D46 to Langourla (La Poste on your right, Pharmacie on your left).
3. After about 4 kilometers, you will see a small concrete signpost on the left pointing right to Rouillac. Ignore this.
4. Almost immediately after, you will see another signpost on the right pointing left to Langourla. Take this road.
5. Follow this road to the crossroads in the village (big church on your right, shop and bar/tabac in front).
6. Go straight over the crossroads, past the pink closed Boulangerie on the left.
7. La Vieille Boulangerie is about 300 meters further on, on the right.
If you miss the small concrete signpost:
1. Keep going until you reach a right-hand bend.
2. Turn left at the bend.
3. After a short distance, you will see the big church on your left.
4. Turn right by the shop and bar/tabac.
5. La Vieille Boulangerie is about 300 meters further on, on the right.
From the port at St Malo:
