The rental terms and conditions state that a deposit of 48 euros must be paid by check or through card authorization during the booking process, with the remaining balance to be settled upon arrival. In the event of cancellation, guests can do so free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date. However, for any late cancellation or no show within 3 days of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

Regarding the occupation of the room, check-in time is from 1:00 p.m., and guests must check out no later than 11:00 a.m.

Getting to Lourdes:
By car:
- There are two access points to the main shrines, which change every 15 days. From the city center, take Rue de la Grotte from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and Boulevard de la Grotte from the 16th to the 30th/31st of the month. Please check the direction of flow on the day of arrival.

By bus:
- Bus shuttles are available from the station (Citybus) and run every 15 minutes. Choose one or two lines to the Grotto - Hotel - Station (available from Easter to October). The price is 1.20/person for one way and 2.20/person for a return trip. The operating hours are from 7:00 to 19:00 (until 22:30 in July and August).

Where to park:
- There are parking areas and private parking for vehicles near the Sanctuary, such as Paradise Esplanade and Esplanade of Arrouza.
- Covered parking lots are available at Municipal Parking Peyramale (Peyramale Place) and Municipal Parking Merlasse (Bishop Schoepfer Avenue) near the sanctuaries.
- There are also fee-based parking options near the Sanctuary, including Parking Boissarie, Rue du Docteur Boissarie, Quai St Jean, Sainte Marie, Place de la Merlasse, Careers Peyramale Street, Avenue du Paradis, Paradise Esplanade Parking, From Equality, Rémi Sempé Avenue, and Bishop Avenue.
