Welcome to Le Châtaignier, a stunning detached villa built in the charming Catalan style and nestled in a peaceful valley. With 4 bedrooms and breathtaking views, this spacious holiday retreat spans 120 sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.Situated at an altitude of 170 meters (557 feet), the house is just 13 km (8 miles) away from the beach, offering ample opportunities for leisurely walks and outdoor activities.
Outside, the front garden features a paved terrace with seating for 8 people, along with a hammock and several sunbeds. The charcoal BBQ ensures delightful outdoor summer lunches and dinners.
Upon entering the house, the entrance hall provides access to all the rooms on the ground floor, as well as the stairs leading to the upper part of the house.
The tastefully decorated L-shaped lounge boasts a soothing color palette of white and soft yellow. Two large sofas and two armchairs comfortably accommodate 8 guests, while a decorative open fire adds a cozy touch. For entertainment, there is a Satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo. A bookshelf stocked with a variety of books and DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.
Adjacent to the lounge is the dining area, featuring a spacious oak table (which can be adjusted in size) and oak chairs for 8 guests. A baby high chair is also provided. From this area, you can access the balcony, which offers stunning mountain views and is perfect for breakfast.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring gas stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more, ensuring that all your culinary needs are met.
On the ground floor, you will find the first two bedrooms. Bedroom 1, decorated in peach and white, is located at the entrance level and features a patio door leading to the front terrace. It offers a built-in wardrobe spacious enough for two people. Bedroom 2, adorned in café au lait and white colors, also offers a view over the valley and a large built-in wardrobe.
A well-sized bathroom on this level includes a bath, shower, and a washing machine. Multiple shelves are available for your convenience, and a hairdryer is provided.
A tastefully decorated WC on the ground floor matches the overall ambiance of the house.
Moving up to the first floor, the landing provides access to the remaining bedrooms.
Bedroom 3, located on the second floor and facing the road, is tastefully decorated in light yellow and white with black iron beds and tables. It features a freestanding wardrobe large enough for two people.
Bedroom 4, also on the second floor, offers a view of the valley and is decorated in cream white and white colors. Although it is the smallest bedroom in the house, it still comfortably accommodates two people. It includes a freestanding wardrobe.
Another tastefully decorated WC on the first floor maintains the same color scheme as the rest of the house.
