Richard and Chantal warmly welcome you to "the barn," a beautifully restored residence originally built in 1880. Combining the charm of traditional local architecture with modern amenities, this splendid accommodation is located on the road from Flour Saint to Aurillac, amidst the breathtaking valleys of Brezons and the Siniq river. Perched at an altitude of 1050 meters, LACAPELLE-BARRES is a picturesque village surrounded by lush pastures, blooming gentian flowers, and enchanting woodlands.We offer four spacious rooms, each equipped with comfortable 160-sized beds, private bathrooms and toilets, as well as TVs and stunning panoramic views. Our accommodations are also wheelchair accessible, ensuring everyone can enjoy their stay. Start your day with a delicious and plentiful breakfast served in the house.
Our communal dining and living areas provide a cozy and inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and socialize. Convenient parking is available, and local shops are easily accessible.

Directions
From Paris, you will need to travel approximately 457 kilometers for about 5 hours and 30 minutes. Start by taking the A10 and then continue onto the A71 in the direction of Clermont Ferrand. Proceed to exit 28 towards Saint Flour.
Once you reach Saint Flour, it is about 57 kilometers, which will take you approximately 1 hour. Take the D921 towards Acute Heats and continue for 10 kilometers. Then, turn onto the D990 towards Pierrefort. After passing Pierrefort, you will have about 35 kilometers left to reach Lacapelle-Barrès. Look for the rooms of hosts on your left at the entrance of the village.
If you are coming from Aurillac, it is a shorter distance of about 44 kilometers and should take around 44 minutes. Take the D920 towards Rodez and after 3 kilometers, turn onto the D990 towards Pierrefort/Vezac. After Raulhac, you will only have 10 kilometers remaining to reach Lacapelle-Barrès. The rooms of hosts will be on your route as you exit the village.
