Located at the foot of Montségur and the Pyrenees, this garden level apartment is perfect for 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. With a ceiling height of 1.95m, it is also suitable for people with reduced mobility. The apartment features a living room with a convertible sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area. The bathroom includes a bath and a toilet, and there is one bedroom with a comfortable 160 bed. Sheets are provided.
Outside, there is a covered terrace that opens onto a 900m2 enclosed garden. It includes garden furniture, a barbecue, and two chairs. Pets are allowed upon request. A storeroom is also available for your use.
Le Rabautois is located in the hamlet of Rabaute in the commune of Péreille, at the entrance of Lavelanet. It is just 50m from a communal playground and 900m from Lavelanet and the supermarket.
The famous Cathar castle of Montségur is only 10km away, and the Monts d'Olmes ski resort is 20km away.
Le Rabautois is a central point for exploring the Ariège region, which offers a wide range of activities and discoveries for both adults and children.
