With a charming deck and a refreshing small pool, known as a "punch box," guests can cool off and unwind.This accommodation is ideal for those seeking a functional place to stay in a central location, between the city and countryside. Despite being situated in a less touristy area of Le Gosier, choosing this holiday rental means being close to everything. Whether you want to hit the beach, go shopping, or explore different parts of the Guadeloupe Archipelago, it's all easily accessible.
Inside the apartment, guests will enjoy the comfort of an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160x200cm). The living room provides a perfect space to relax after a day in the sun, and even offers a foosball table for some friendly competition. The sofa bed is perfect for sleeping, reading, or enjoying the available amenities, such as Wi-Fi and Canalsat TV.
The well-equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table for 4 guests on the balcony. The bathroom features a balneo shower, a spacious double sink, and a toilet. The apartment also includes mosquito nets, ironing facilities, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a fan, a dishwasher, a barbecue, and a cot (available upon request).
With a total area of 50 m2, plus a beautiful private wooden terrace measuring 25 m2, this apartment has an independent entrance and is located within the owners' villa. Towels, bed linen, and tourist tax are all included in the price. Guests can park their vehicles in a private and secure parking space with an automatic gate. Smoking indoors, as well as pets and parties, are strictly prohibited.
