This delightful and cozy cottage, perfect for 1-4 people, has been recently renovated and is situated in the picturesque port of Lyvet, conveniently close to Dinan and Saint-Malo. With a total area of 40 m2, the ground floor comprises of an entrance and a well-equipped bathroom, while the upper floor features a living and sleeping area, as well as a kitchen area overlooking the scenic Rance river. We have carefully decorated the cottage with a warm and inviting ambiance, using only high-quality materials. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay along the banks of the Rance, while also being conveniently located near restaurants and popular tourist attractions in the region. Additionally, there is a lovely terrace on the upper floor. During high season, the minimum stay requirement is 2 nights. Access to the rental is through a shared road. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance and the bathroom, which includes a toilet, washbasin, and shower. A charming mill staircase leads to the well-lit upper floor, illuminated by two windows facing east and west. Here, you will find the kitchen area, the terrace, and the combined living and sleeping area, which includes comfortable convertible sofas and offers stunning views of the harbor.Reviews
