Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a beautifully preserved 19th century stone farmhouse in the southern Ardèche region. Philippe and Marie-Laurence are delighted to invite you to experience the charm and comfort of this authentic mansion. With its breathtaking views of the Ardèche mountains, the farmhouse is surrounded by a 5000 m² park and offers private parking. Conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the bathing spots of Libie and Ardeche, and 30 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc and Chauvet cave, the farmhouse is also close to the picturesque villages of Ballazuc, Labeaume, and Voguë.

Our cottages are designed for holidays, stays, and training courses. They are tastefully decorated and offer all the necessary amenities. Situated in a sunny and tranquil valley, they are just a 4-minute walk from the village center, where you can find all the necessary amenities including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical facilities. Access to the property is easy, with a TGV station in Montélimar just 20 km away and a bus stop only 300 m from the farmhouse.

For larger groups, both cottages can be rented together, accommodating up to 24 people. You can also book the beautiful vaulted reception room on the ground floor for family gatherings, friends' reunions, or corporate events. The room is equipped with tables, sound system, and video screen, and there is a fully equipped kitchen next to it.

In addition to accommodation, we offer weekend visits and discovery tours of the Ardèche region. These residential stays take place on specific weekends throughout the year and aim to introduce you to the must-see attractions of the area, while also providing opportunities for relaxation. On Saturday evenings, a dance party is organized for your entertainment.

During your stay, you can explore the local tourist attractions, such as the troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun and the charming villages of Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues. The famous Chauvet cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave are also nearby.

The cottage "Panorama" can accommodate up to 15 people, while the "Montloubier" cottage can accommodate up to 9 people. Both cottages are fully equipped and feature a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. If you prefer not to cook, we can arrange catering services with local caterers who use fresh local produce.

As a sports coach, Philippe also offers fitness activities during your stay. We have a fitness area equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment, as well as facilities for petanque, ping pong, and volleyball/badminton. You can also enjoy hiking or biking on the nearby trails, with the option to rent mountain bikes and VTC bikes on-site.

Layout: The gite spans over 320 m², comprising of two Mas buildings. It includes a fully independent section, featuring a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 8 toilets, 2 dining rooms, 2 TV lounges, 2 kitchens, and a spacious reception room measuring 64 m², perfect for hosting up to 40 seated guests.
Sleeping arrangements: The gite offers 4 double beds, 1 double bed (measuring 2x90x190 cm), 8 single beds, 2 baby beds, and 4 extra beds.
