Villa Labarque 2 is located in an exceptional and very quiet area between the sea and the countryside. It is the ideal place for nature lovers. Situated in Saint François, Guadeloupe, it is 4 km away from the city center, with shops only 1 km away and the beach just 50 meters away. You can access the beach of Lanse à la Barque directly through a small staircase that runs along the property.

Thank you very much for your interest in our guest rooms at Villa La Barque 2. The villa has four guest rooms, two of which have a bed of 180 x 200 and two with two beds of 90 x 200 that can be combined to form a single bed (your choice). Each room is equipped with two bedside tables with lighting, a desk with a chair, a kettle with tea, infusions, coffee, and sugar, and a dressing room. Each room also has a shower room with a sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a small terrace with two armchairs and a coffee table. All rooms face south and have exceptional views of the sea and its islands. Guests have direct access to the 4x8 saltwater pool and its terraces equipped with sun loungers, as well as direct access to Lanse à la Barque beach. Several activities are available, including palets, ping-pong, and board games (upon request).

The nightly rate for one room is 145. For stays of three nights or more, the rate is 135 per night. An additional bed can be added to the room for an extra charge of 40 per night. Breakfast is available for 12 for a sweet breakfast and 15 for a savory breakfast (upon request). Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 09:30 on the large terrace with a full sea view on the upper floor in the private area of your hosts.

A security deposit of 500 is required, along with vacation rental insurance. A tourist tax of 2.25 per night per adult applies.

Payment terms are as follows: 30% upon reservation and 70% one month before your arrival. Vacation checks or checks are not accepted.

Travel Directions to Villa La Barque 2 in Anse A La Barque, Saint Francois, Grande Terre, Guadeloupe:

1. Upon exiting the airport, head towards Pointe-à-Pitre.
2. After approximately 4.5km, take the Nationale 4 towards Le Gosier, Sainte Anne, and Saint Francois.
3. Continue on the National 4 for about 35km, passing through Le Gosier, Dampierre, Petit Havre, and Sainte Anne.
4. Important: About 6km after Sainte-Anne, do not take the first direction towards "Séo-Anse à la Barque" indicated along with "Pierres et vacances" on the national road. Instead, continue for approximately 2km.
5. 5km before reaching the village of Saint Francois, you will come across a place called "Blonval".
6. Just after the bus stop at the exit of "Blonval", leave the national road and turn right towards the direction of "Anse à la Barque".
7. Follow the signs for Hotel Amaudo.
8. Look out for the first Hotel Amaudo sign, which will guide you. Continue for 1km, and just after a turn, continue for another 100m.
9. Take the entrance on the right, where you will find a small road that goes uphill.
10. Continue to the end of the road, and you will find Villa La Barque on your left.
