Experience the tranquil beauty of Provence in our charming small country cottage. Completely independent and adjacent to the owners' unused house, our cottage is nestled in the heart of the picturesque Luberon region in the delightful town of Saint Saturnin les Apt, Vaucluse.Perfect for a couple, with the option to accommodate a baby (baby equipment provided upon request), our cottage offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi access and enjoy the convenience of a well-equipped kitchen featuring a 4-burner gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, and a flat-screen TV.
Unwind in the cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable 160 cm bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a small chest of drawers, an armchair, and a storage cupboard (bed made upon arrival). Relax in the small relaxation room, complete with two Scandinavian armchairs, a coffee table, a small storage unit with decorative items, and a stand fan.
Freshen up in the bathroom equipped with a shower and basin, and enjoy the convenience of a separate WC. Step outside onto the outdoor terrace, surrounded by a lush arbor of greenery, where you can savor the picturesque view of the vineyards. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue, and sun loungers for your ultimate comfort. Parking is available in the carport.
For your convenience, we provide a baby cot free of charge upon request. The cottage is located just 1.5 km from the village, where you can find all necessary shops. Explore the stunning surroundings with various hiking and biking trails that start right from our doorstep. Additionally, numerous tourist sites are within close proximity.
Our prices for 2022 per week are as follows:
- May: €296
- June-September: €316
- July-August: €376
The tourist tax is already included in the price. Please note that a deposit of €100 is required upon arrival and will be refunded on the day of departure, provided no damages are observed.
Optional services include towel rental (€5 per person) and compulsory end-of-stay cleaning (€40). Regrettably, pets are not allowed. We also offer a deposit refund in case of COVID-19 (please refer to the owner for conditions).

Here are the revised travel directions to get to the Gite La Tonnelle:
To reach the Gite La Tonnelle, follow these steps:
1. Take the exit n°24 (Châteaurenard, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt) from the A7 motorway.
2. Turn right towards (Airport, Avignon, Apt, and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue).
3. At the roundabout, turn left onto the D900 towards (Caumont, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Apt).
4. Continue on the D900 and at the next roundabout, take the direction of (Dignes, Coustellet, Apt, Gordes).
Upon reaching Coustellet, you have two possible itineraries:
Itinerary n°1: Route d'Apt
1. At Coustellet, continue straight on the D900 towards Apt at the crossroads.
2. Pass through Beaumettes and Lights.
3. Upon reaching the entrance of Apt, turn left at the roundabout of the E-LECLERC shopping center.
4. Take the D943 "Avenue du Viaduc" towards Saint Saturnin les Apt, crossing the village.
5. At the end of the village, turn left onto the D2 "Route de Roussillon" towards Cavaillon, Gordes, and Roussillon.
6. After 1.2 km, you will see a house with large cedars and an oratory at the entrance. Turn right in front of it, pass by the left side of the Domain of the Andes, and make a right turn onto a small path to reach the bastide.
Itinerary n°2: Route de Gordes
1. At Coustellet, turn left onto the D2 towards the Imberts at the crossroads.
2. Continue on the D2 in the direction of Gordes. At the roundabout, go straight ahead (do not enter the village of Gordes), towards Joucas, La Tuilière, and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
3. Before reaching Joucas, leave the town on the left and continue straight towards La Tuilière and Saint Saturnin les Apt.
4. Cross the hamlet of La Tuilière and continue on the D2 for 4 km. Pass the hamlet of the Bellots and after 100 meters, turn left onto the second small road to access the Gite La Tonnelle.
