Experience tranquility at this charming gite situated in the heart of Perros-Guirec on the Pink Granit coast. Just 2.5 km away, you'll find the stunning beaches of Trestraou and Trestrignel, as well as the marina. Additionally, the gite is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Trégastel, Pleumeur-Bodou, Trébeurden, and Lannion.Originally built in 1821, this stone farmhouse was renovated in 2005 to offer a high standard of comfort. It is semi-detached, sharing a wall with the owner's mother's house, but has its own private entrance. The interior boasts a tasteful and stylish decor.
On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (including a dishwasher, oven, and microwave), a convenient WC, and a storage area with a washing machine, dryer, freezer, and vacuum cleaner.
The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed (160x200) and the other with two single beds. There is also a WC on this level. Additionally, there is a third bedroom located in a separate small house just in front of the gite, complete with its own WC and a TV. This makes it an ideal choice for families with babies.
Outside, a charming courtyard awaits, complete with a terrace featuring a garden lounge and a BBQ. You'll also have access to a private garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is included in the price, such as bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies. Firewood for the fireplace and washing liquid are also provided. The gite can be rented with either two or three bedrooms during both low and high seasons, as well as during winter holidays.

Appréciations pour Gîte Perros-Guirec "La Ferme de ma Mère", PERROS-GUIREC:
Un havre de paix !
La Bretagne ça vous gagne ! Et la semaine passée au gîte « La ferme de ma mère » na fait que renforcer nos convictions.
Quel bonheur que ce petit coin de paradis aux portes des plages de Perros Guirec et ses bourgs typiques attenant, comme Trégastel et sa presquile de Renote somptueuse, ou encore Ploumanach et ses chemins escarpés au cur de la roche de granit rose surplombant une mer dune clarté époustouflante.
Le Gîte est un vrai havre de paix proposer par des propriétaires adorables et sources inépuisables de savoir et dinformations pour les novices que nous étions. Laccueil chaleureux et la gentillesse dont ils ont fait preuve on finit de nous convaincre lorsque nous avons découvert avec bonheur cette ancienne ferme laiterie rénovée avec énormément de soin et surtout de goût. Nous navons eu quà déposer nos valises et apprécier la quantité et qualité des commodités proposées. Nous avons beau chercher, mais rien na manqué. Lexpression « comme à la maison » ne saurait rendre justice à ce que nous ont proposé M et Mme LE GALL, cétait encore bien plus.
Eos, le poney de la maison, certainement pas avare de carottes et de câlins nous manque déjà beaucoup !
Malheureusement comme toute bonne chose a une fin, cest le cur bien lourd que nous sommes rentrés, mais avec une seule envie, celle dy retourner....et vite !

Super gîte de charme
Gîte de charme, très accueillant, avec beaucoup d'authenticité et de bien être, sans oublier cette magnifique cheminée pour les soirées d'hiver.Les propriétaires sont charmants, ils sont aux petits soins pour vous expliquer toutes les belles randonnées à faire aux alentours de Perros-Guirec, et à votre disposition si besoin.Le gîte est très spacieux, avec deux belles chambres à l'étage,très bonne literie pour faire un peu la grasse matinée, car c'est le calme parfait, pour se ressourcer.Avec beaucoup de gentillesse, des propriétaires, nous avons pu visiter la troisième chambre situer juste à côté, elle est magnifique, salle de bains et TV, pour un peu d'intimité si vous êtes à plusieurs personnes.
La région est magnifique aussi en fin d'année.
Dons, je recommande, à tous, avec ou sans enfants, vous êtes déjà un peu chez vous dès votre arrivée.

Directions
To reach Perros-Guirec from Lannion, take the D 788 road. At the large roundabout, continue towards the Town Centre. Drive for about 100 meters and at the traffic lights, make a left turn onto D V6 road (heading towards Pleumeur-Bodou). Continue for 2.4 kilometers until you reach a place called Kervelegan. Take a right turn at this point, following the signs for "The Clarity" and "Kroas Varen Ar." Drive for another 700 meters and then make a left turn (taking the second entrance on the left) to arrive at the house called "my mother's farm." Please note that a specific map will be provided to the tenants.
