Welcome to our charming cottage, which can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. With a cozy surface area of approximately 50 m2, this lovely retreat features 3 rooms on the ground floor and a bedroom upstairs. For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with electric heating.Nestled in a breathtaking wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares, our cottage offers complete privacy as it is situated 30m away from the main house. You will also have your own private garden and a delightful terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation.
Convenience is key, as we provide an illuminated asphalted parking area as well as a garage for bicycles or sailing equipment. No need to worry about entertainment either, as our main room boasts large windows, tasteful decor, and a color TV. Curl up on the comfortable sofa or chairs and spend pleasant evenings together. We also offer board games, books, and tourist information for your enjoyment.
The service component of our cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. You will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and double sink furniture, as well as a separate toilet for your convenience.
Rest assured, we have thoughtfully designed our sleeping arrangements. On the ground floor, you will find a beautifully furnished room with a 160 x 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, accessible from the living room, is another charming room equipped with two beds measuring 90 x 190, bedside tables, and a closet. If needed, we can also provide a high chair and a cot upon request.
We look forward to welcoming you to our cottage and providing you with a memorable and comfortable stay.

- After the motorway exit, turn right.
- At the fire station, turn right and continue on Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
Access from LILLE, BELGIUM:
- Take A25 towards Dunkerque and then continue on A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer.
- Exit at n° 36: Marquise.
- Follow the direction towards Marquise, descend Ferber avenue, and turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
- At the fire station, turn right and continue on Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
Access from ENGLAND by Dover-Calais through the Channel Tunnel:
- Take A16 towards Boulogne-sur-Mer and exit at n° 36: Marquise.
- Follow the direction towards Marquise, descend Ferber avenue, and turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
- At the fire station, turn right and continue on Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
- Arriving in Wierre-Effroy, cross the village and turn left after the church.
- After approximately 500 m, at the sign "The Briamerie" located at the foot of a pillar, descend the way to our house, which is white and has blue lavender.
Access from Reims, Arras, Laon:
- Take A16 towards Calais and exit at Boulogne-sur-mer and N42 (4 lane road).
- Take the exit towards Le Wast and after 2 km on the direction Marquise, turn left towards Wierre-Effroy.
- Before arriving at the village, on the left side at the sign "The Briamerie" located at the foot of a pillar, descend the way to our house, which is white and has blue lavender.
