I am offering four charmingly renovated bedrooms for rent in a cottage. These rooms are available for rent only during weekdays, from Sunday evening to Friday morning, with a minimum rental of four nights. Please note that the rooms are not available on weekends or during school holidays, as the entire house is rented out during these periods.

The rental price decreases based on the number of nights booked.

This cottage is a beautiful stone farmhouse located in Mégrit, near Dinan, Lamballe, and Saint-Brieuc. Conveniently, there are shops nearby, including a church square and bakery just 150m away. Additionally, there is a supermarket 300m away (open on Sunday mornings) and larger supermarkets available 7 km away.

The cottage features two bathrooms with walk-in showers, each shared between two rooms, as well as two toilets. The spacious living room-kitchen area includes three flat-screen TVs (82 cm), a comfortable sofa, and WiFi internet access. Furthermore, there is a lovely fireplace equipped for grilling and a wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large toaster, and both Senseo and traditional coffee makers. The kitchen also has an ample supply of crockery and kitchen utensils.

In addition to the indoor amenities, there is a 35m2 deck with an electric awning and garden furniture for ten people, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities during the season. A barbecue and deck chairs are also provided.

Parking is not an issue, as there are four parking spaces available.

There are three rooms available for rent at 35 Euros per night, with beds sized either 180 * 200 or 160 * 200. There is also a smaller fourth room with two beds sized 140 * 200, available at 30 Euros per night. The rental price includes bed linen and all charges, and there is no city tax. Each room is equipped with storage for clothes and a wardrobe.
