Welcome to "BEACH WALK" House, located just 100m from the beautiful sandy beach. This cozy house can accommodate 2 to 6 people and offers stunning views of the sea and the lighthouse Eckmühl. The south-facing house features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (with 2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 160 that can be separated into 2x80), a large bathroom with shower, bath, and two washbasins, as well as two toilets. Guests will also have access to a garage and a courtyard.The house boasts an enclosed garden with an electric gate, a terrace with garden furniture and chairs, and a barbecue. It is also equipped with baby equipment and offers internet access.
In the charming town of Guilvinec, you can witness the return of trawlers and the landing of the catch of the day. Don't miss the opportunity to taste delicious lobsters, crabs, fish, and famous crepes.
All necessary shops are conveniently located just 800m from the house, and you can easily walk to the market on Tuesday and Sunday mornings using the provided market trolley.
The rental price ranges from 220€ to 900€ per week (excluding charges), depending on the season. Off-season rates are 220€ to 260€ per week, school holidays (except summer) are 350€ per week, June and September are 350€ to 400€ per week, and the summer of 2024 (July/August) is 750€ to 900€ per week (minimum 2-week booking required).
If this house is unavailable, we also have another option located just 150m from the sea, with prices starting from 220€ to 280€ per week in the off-season.
