Discover tranquility in this charming 230m2 residence located in a 1-hectare park exclusively for our holiday guests in the commune of Réty. With its enclosed park, undergrowth, and orchard, this property provides the perfect setting for relaxation, sightseeing, or hosting events with your loved ones.The house features 7 bedrooms, accommodating 5 single beds, 5 double beds (160x200), and 3 baby beds. Additionally, there are 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, a bath, a washing machine, and a dryer.
The spacious and bright dining room, along with the independent fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, 2 fridges, 1 freezer compartment, a cooking range, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, and toaster) provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.
For entertainment, there is a cozy independent lounge with a TV, DVD player, and WiFi. Families with young children will appreciate the 3 baby beds, 2 high chairs, and changing mat provided.
The park offers various amenities for both young and old, including a swing, petanque, volleyball, and badminton. Additionally, the orchard delights guests with seasonal fruits such as plums, mirabelles, apples, and pears.
