La Clôture is a charming gîte situated on the first floor. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable double bed measuring 160x200cm, allowing you to enjoy a restful night's sleep while admiring the picturesque views of the surrounding fields. The gîte also offers a private bathroom with modern fixtures for your convenience.Additionally, there is a small sitting area where you can relax and unwind while indulging in a newspaper or a captivating book.
Located below the gîte/studio, you will find the summer kitchen, which is fully equipped to cater to your breakfast or simple meal preparation needs. The kitchen boasts a fridge, dishwashers, a two-burner cooker, a coffee maker, a water boiler, a toaster, and a small oven. Essential kitchen amenities such as pans, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen linens are also provided.
Your private entrance and terrace can be accessed through the double doors, allowing you to relish in moments of tranquility.
For gîte rentals, we offer weekly rates starting from 385,00/420,00/448,00 with a minimum stay of 5 nights. If you prefer, we can serve you a delicious breakfast in the summer kitchen or on the terrace for an additional fee of 7,50 per person, per day.
Alternatively, if you opt for a Bed & Breakfast experience, we offer per night rates ranging from 70,00/65,00/79,00, including a scrumptious breakfast. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside our home, but you are welcome to do so outside.

Directions
To reach your destination, start by following the road signs for Rennes-Josselin-Pontivy, N764, and continue for 800 meters. Then, turn onto the D778 and drive for 2.5 kilometers in the direction of Loudéac, Les Forges, and Lanouée. Look out for a small road on your right, leading to "La Florida." Immediately after turning onto this road, make a left turn (after 25 meters) onto a dead-end road. The house, named La Clôture, will be right there, as it is the first house you come across.
If you are using GPS, follow the instructions for La Bagatelle, Lanouée. After passing La Florida, you will eventually see a sign for La Clôture at your right, located at the end of the country road.
