Our bed and breakfast offers three rooms that open onto a private lounge area of 16m2. This lounge area provides direct access to the outside through a staircase leading to the common areas, which include a garden, terrace, barbecue, and pool.

Each room can comfortably accommodate two people and is furnished with a double bed measuring 140x190, an LCD TV, free WiFi access, desks, and storage units. The bathrooms are separate and private.

Depending on the number of people traveling together, we offer three different suites. The Suite Louis includes one bedroom and one living room, accommodating two people in a 29m2 space. The Suite Alexander features two bedrooms and one living room, accommodating three to four people in a 43m2 space. The Suite Marie offers three bedrooms and one living room, accommodating five to six people in a 57m2 space. The prices for these suites range from 90-95 / night for Suite Louis, 150-170 / night for Suite Alexander, and 200-225 / night for Suite Marie.

All of our suites have en-suite bathrooms, a shower room, and separate private toilets.

A gourmet breakfast is included in your stay and is served from 8 to 9:30 am. You can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace under the shade of the wisteria or in our family dining room. Our breakfast includes homemade yoghurts, jams, and pastries made from local products. We also offer fresh bread, pastries, fresh fruit, organic fruit juice, and honey directly from our local producers.

Our property features a fenced garden with fruit trees and various Mediterranean plants. You are invited to relax by our heated swimming pool, which measures 8m x 4m. Additionally, we provide a barbecue area equipped with a griddle, fridge, microwave oven, and coffee maker. If you prefer to have your evening meal in the garden, we have a picnic table available for your use. We can also offer recommendations for nearby restaurants.

For your entertainment, we provide bicycles, outdoor games, and board games.

As an extra experience, we offer a guided tour of a local vineyard that produces "Côtes du Roussillon Villages" wines. This tour is led by a passionate winemaker who is deeply connected to the land. After the visit, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a free wine tasting. Please note that this tour requires a reservation at least 72 hours in advance, costs 5 per person, and takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

Mas au calme, à 15 mn de Perpignan, dans l'arrière-pays. Accueil des plus chaleureux. Des spécialités maison à déguster et des propriétaires très disponibles. Martine et Bernard
