Attached to a house with contemporary architecture, the studio provides complete independence and privacy, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Situated just 1 km away from the center of Sarzeau and 2 kms from the beautiful Roaliguen beach, guests can fully appreciate the tranquility and natural beauty of the surrounding environment.

The studio is tastefully furnished and equipped with utmost comfort in mind. It includes a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, and cupboard. There is also a comfortable seating area with a sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The dining area features a fully fitted kitchen with ample storage space, a range hood, induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine, table, chairs, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower corner, sink, and toilet.

To enhance your relaxation, the studio also boasts a terrace where you can unwind and enjoy the surroundings to the fullest.
