This charming cottage is perfect for 2-4 people and offers a spacious terrace of 40m2 and a beautiful garden of 100 sqm. Located in the tranquil and protected rural area of Saint Lunaire, it is conveniently only 3 km away from the city center, the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast, and popular destinations such as Saint Briac sur mer, Dinard, Lancieux, and Saint Malo.Recently renovated in 2015, the cottage features a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, and complimentary WiFi. It also offers convenient amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate.
The spacious bedroom provides a comfortable double bed and a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. Outside, guests can enjoy the large terrace and the enclosed garden. Private parking is available, and pets are allowed upon prior agreement.
For added convenience, there is an option for end-of-stay cleaning upon request. Additionally, guests can book weekends and holidays from March to June, with prices starting from 2 nights at 120 and an additional night at 40.
Although the cottage is nestled in the countryside, it is just a short drive away from the seaside resort of Saint Lunaire and its beautiful beaches. A car is essential for exploring the nearby attractions, including the historic city of Saint Malo (10 minutes), the charming towns of Dinard (5 minutes) and Dinan (15 minutes), and the iconic Mont Saint Michel (40 minutes).
