The house is situated in the charming village of Godewaersvelde, which is listed as a heritage village in the heart of the Monts de Flandres. It is conveniently located just a few kilometers from the Belgian border, making it easily accessible. Godewaersvelde is a short 30-minute drive from Lille and the Opal Coast, and only 10 km away from Poperinge.This historic house, dating back to 1870, is nestled in the heart of the village and offers a delightful setting for both business and leisure stays in the region. On the first floor of the house, there are three spacious and comfortable boutique guest rooms, which are owned and managed by the hosts.
The Sweet Duplex room spans across 35m2 and features a cozy living room area with a sofa bed (140/200), a comfortable bed (160/200), a bathroom with a 120/90 shower and a basin, as well as a separate toilet. The Garden of Dreams room covers approximately 25m2 and includes a luxurious bed (160/200), a futon sofa, a bathroom with a corner bath and a basin, and a separate toilet. Both rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom, also measuring 25m2, offers a double bed and a private shower room with a toilet. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a living room area with a selection of books and brochures, as well as a charming veranda with board games. Meals can be arranged upon reservation.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden spanning 1900 m², providing a peaceful retreat for guests. Additionally, there is a secure storage area available for bicycles. Outdoor seating is also provided in the garden.

If coming from Dunkerque, take the A25/E42 and exit at Steenvoorde/Poperinge (Exit 13). Follow the signs for Poperinge. At the first roundabout, take the last exit and continue straight at the second roundabout. At the third roundabout, turn right towards Godewaersvelde. Drive for approximately 3 km until you reach the village center. The house will be about 500 meters after the village entrance sign on your right. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence of the house to guide you.
If coming from Lille on the A25/E42, take exit 12 for Bailleul center/Méteren. Turn right and enter Méteren. Then, take the first left onto Rue des 4 son Aymon (direction Godewaersvelde). Drive for about 7 km, passing through Mont des Cats, until you reach Godewaersvelde. At the village entrance, continue straight to the stop sign and proceed straight. The house will be on your left. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence of the house to guide you.
From Bailleul, head towards Méteren. In Méteren, turn right onto Rue des 4 son Aymon (direction Godewaersvelde). Drive for approximately 7 km, passing through Mont des Cats, until you reach Godewaersvelde. At the village entrance, continue straight to the stop sign and proceed straight. The house will be on your left. Look for the France Bed panel affixed to the fence of the house to guide you.
