On the first floor (accessed by a small external staircase), there is a shaded and flowered courtyard with garden furniture. The large bedroom has twin beds measuring 90 cm each (excellent bedding) and a flat-screen TV. The equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, 4-burner stove, electric coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and electric citrus juicer. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer is provided. There is a separate toilet.

Located conveniently close to shopping centers, bus stops, and train stations, our accommodation offers free parking and an individual garage for your convenience. Whether you are on a holiday or attending teacher training, our place is perfect for any occasion. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, it is approved by the tourism office in Tours. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (with the option of a cot or a teenage mattress).

The nightly rate is 57 euros for one person and 68 euros for two people. Alternatively, you can choose to stay for a week at a rate of 370 euros. Short stays include linen provided exclusively. Our location can be found on Champoiseau Street, which is the last street on the right of Boulevard Beranger, just before reaching ST ELOI.
