This cozy and inviting gite offers a comfortable and warm stay for 6-9 people. With a spacious 150 m² layout spread across the ground floor and first floor, it provides ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The well-equipped kitchen and welcoming living room with a fireplace (complete with an insert) create a cozy atmosphere for gatherings. The gite features three bedrooms, including two with 90cm beds, one with a 140cm bed, and another with two 120cm beds. Additionally, there is a games room/reading room and a convenient cloakroom.

For added convenience, the gite is equipped with a bathroom and two toilets, as well as central heating to ensure a comfortable stay regardless of the weather. The private grounds span 100 m² and include a courtyard for outdoor parties and a lawn area. A garage is also available for guests' use.

Located in an isolated hamlet, this gite is perfect for nature lovers and walkers. Numerous hiking trails start directly from the lodging, allowing guests to explore the beautiful Auvergne region, which is only a few hundred meters away. The village is also a stopping point for the GR3 hiking trail. For those seeking outdoor activities, there is a lake and ski resort in St Anthème, just 12 km away. The cities of St-Etienne and Roanne are also within reasonable distance at 40 km and 50 km respectively.
