The stone house consists of two recently renovated apartments, each measuring 45 m2. Each apartment has its own access to a terrace and garden, ensuring complete independence. The property is situated on a spacious plot of 1200 m2, which includes a swimming pool and private parking exclusively for the guests of these apartments. There are no other accommodations on the premises, providing a private and peaceful atmosphere.Both apartments are designed to accommodate a maximum of five people, ensuring utmost comfort for all guests. Each apartment can be rented individually, allowing for booking flexibility. The location is set in a tranquill village near the beautiful beaches of southern Corsica, with the closest beach approximately 8km away. The popular destinations of Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio are also conveniently located at a distance of 15km each (please refer to the location details on my website).
The swimming pool, measuring 8.5 m X 4.1 m and ranging from 1.1 m to 2 m in depth, is securely shared between the two apartments. The same applies to the parking area, ensuring convenience for all guests. The pool water is treated with a saline solution, providing a pleasant bathing experience with a salinity level of 3 grams per liter, which is ten times less than that of the sea.
