Welcome to A Casa di Sognu cottage in San Gavino, 20114 Figari. This independent apartment, located at the bottom of a villa, can be accessed by stairs. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the plain from the spacious 40m² terrace.The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and a large fridge with freezer. We provide crockery for 8 people and kitchen utensils. Linen is also provided for your convenience.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace, which includes a hard barbecue and comfortable garden furniture. Additionally, we offer a pétanque space with balls and jacks.
Located in the charming green and flowery hamlet of San Gavinu in the town of Figari, you will experience a peaceful and restful atmosphere. Sleep soundly without any visual or sound pollution and feel as if you can touch the stars.
Enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors, panoramic landscapes, and the opportunity for hiking. The beautiful beaches of Porto-Vecchio, as well as supermarkets and shops, are just 30 minutes away. Bonifacio is also a 30-minute drive. The beaches of Pianottoli-Caldarello and Testa-Ventilegna, both part of the town, are just 15 minutes away.
The neighboring villages of Figari and Pianottoli are only 12 minutes away. In Figari, you'll find essential amenities such as the town hall, pharmacy, post office, Spar market (small supermarket), 2 bars, 3 restaurants, and cheese and cold meat shops. Pianottoli offers 2 medium-sized supermarkets, Spar m and useful, a bakery, post office, 1 bar, 3 restaurants, and 4 restaurants along the beach road, one of which has a swimming pool.
The apartment itself includes a bathroom with a sink and shower, as well as a separate toilet. Shampoo and soaps are provided for your convenience. The 15m² living room is equipped with a dining table, a sofa, and a Hifi system that can be controlled via Bluetooth, allowing you to listen to your favorite music.
The first bedroom, measuring 9m², is equipped with three 90cm beds, including 2 bunk beds, a wardrobe, and storage space. The second bedroom, also 9m², features a 140cm bed, a large closet, and a satellite TNT TV. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have doors that open onto the terrace, offering a beautiful view of the surroundings.
A parking space is reserved for your convenience, and the household cleaning is included in the rental. The owner lives above and will be attentive to your needs while respecting your privacy.
