B and B Room offered by Marie on the Pink Granite Coast, close to PERROS-GUIREC in BRITTANY. The rooms are located at my Grandmother's farm near Lannion, providing an ideal location to explore the Paimpol area with Roscoff on the stunning Pink Granite Coast. This untouched site is protected and boasts exceptional beauty with unique landscapes. The location is conveniently situated between Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the Coasts of Armor 22 in Brittany.

Marie offers a cozy Bed and Breakfast room, which can accommodate 1 to 2 guests and is located on the ground floor of the main house at the farm. Additionally, there is a fully renovated separate unit available, which can accommodate 1 to 5 guests and includes a kitchen for your convenience. The farm has been authentically restored, preserving its charm and character of the old stone.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast served between 8:00 and 9:30 am. You can enjoy a hot drink of your choice such as tea, coffee, chocolate, or milk, along with toast or not, salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yogurts, and homemade cakes or pancakes. Marie will also provide you with information about the Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings, helping you plan your exploration of our beautiful area through kilometers of coastal paths. She can also recommend great restaurants and pancake shops for you to try.

The B and B offers a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue, a spacious garden, and a play area for children. Pets are welcome upon request, and baby equipment is available.

The prices for the rooms range from 45 to 55 euros per night, per season, including breakfast. Payment can be made via accounts or holiday checks.

The B and B is available for bookings on a nightly, weekend, mid-week, or longer basis and is open all year round.

Discover the charm of my grandmother's farm in Lannion, an ideal location to explore the beautiful area of Paimpol and Roscoff on the unspoiled and breathtaking Granite Coast Pink. This region is known for its exceptional beauty and unique landscapes, situated between the enchanting towns of Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the Brittany region of Coasts of Armor 22.

Experience a comfortable stay in an old stone longère, a traditional country building, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The private entrance and terrace (60m²) with a barbecue provide the perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The living room and fully-equipped kitchen include a multifunction oven, microwave, 220L refrigerator, 50L freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and small electrical appliances. There are also two toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub. The cozy lounge showcases a beautiful stone wall, a fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. The accommodation features one bedroom with three single beds (90x200), an office area, and a wall cupboard. Additionally, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a baby bed, and a cupboard. A television can be provided upon request.

Enjoy your holiday on the protected and picturesque Granite Coast Pink, just an hour away from Brest and Saint-Brieuc, and only five hours from Paris. The property is conveniently located 9km from the beach and 2km from the town center. Nearby attractions include Lannion, Trébeurden, Trégastel, Ploumanach, and Perros-Guirec.
