Experience the enchantment of this authentically renovated 18th-century stone house, boasting a sunny southern exposure and stunning views. With a generous 140 m² of space, this charming abode comfortably accommodates 10-13 people with its 3-star rating. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and the cozy lounge features a fireplace with heat recovery and a sofa bed. There are 4 bedrooms, including 2 with 160 cm beds, 6 with 90 cm beds, and a crib for the little ones. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and another with a hydromassage feature. Two toilets are available for your convenience. The enclosed 800 m² garden and a 50 m² terrace (including a half pool) provide a tranquil outdoor space. A garage is also provided. The house showcases traditional elements such as stone walls, a bread oven, French ceilings with wooden beams, wooden floors, and exposed timbers. The interior is tastefully decorated, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottage, and pets are not allowed. From Clermont-Ferrand:
1. Take the A72 motorway and exit at Noirétable-The Halls.
2. Continue on the county road until reaching Noirétable D1089.
3. Follow the signs towards St-Jean-la-Vetri, Jeansagnière, and then D101 towards Chalmazel.
4. Two kilometers before reaching the village of Chalmazel, turn right and take the paved road on the left (Dimini).
5. Proceed to the center of the village and continue on the cemented path on the left. You have arrived at your destination.

From Lyon:
1. Take the A7 motorway towards St-Etienne and then continue on A72. Exit at Feurs.
2. Follow departmental road D1089 (towards Feurs) until reaching Boen-sur-Lignon.
3. After 2 kilometers, turn left onto the D6 road towards Chalmazel.
4. After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive approximately 6 miles (2 kilometers before reaching Chalmazel).
5. Turn right onto the paved road (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the village. Then, take the cemented road on the right. You have arrived at your destination.

Through Roanne:
1. Take the D8 road towards St-Germain-Laval until reaching Boen-sur-Lignon.
2. After 2 kilometers, turn left onto the D6 road towards Chalmazel.
3. After passing the village of St-Georges-en-Couzan, drive approximately 6 miles (2 kilometers before reaching Chalmazel).
4. Turn right onto the paved road (Dimini) and proceed to the center of the hamlet. Follow the cemented path. You have arrived at your destination.
