Surrounded by picturesque vineyards and cherry trees, this apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the village. Perched on the top floor of an old farmhouse dating back to 1718, the apartment offers complete privacy and independence.Spanning 50 m2, the apartment features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The bedroom, separated by a charming glass roof, offers a peaceful retreat with a double bed (160 X 200) and an ensuite shower room with a toilet. The interior design incorporates stone floors, a canopy, and a harmonious color palette, creating a relaxing atmosphere.
With no disturbances, guests can enjoy beautiful views of Mont Ventoux and the neighboring villages of Lacoste, Roussillon, and Gordes from the apartment. It is an idyllic spot for basking in the sun and exploring the wonders of Provence.
The weekly prices for 2017, based on double occupancy, are as follows:
- Until 1st April: 395 euros (or 59 euros per day)
- From 1st April to 13th May: 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
- From 13th May to 1st July: 550 euros (or 79 euros per day)
- From 1st July to 2nd September: 665 euros (or 95 euros per day)
- From 2nd September to 30th September: 550 euros (or 79 euros per day)
- From 30th September to 13th October: 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
- Until 31st December: 395 euros (or 59 euros per day)
- Christmas week (23rd December to 6th January 2017): 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
Please note that during the period between 1st July and 2nd September, the apartment is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of this period, there is a possibility of a minimum stay of 3 days. Additional guests above two are charged at 15 euros per day. The rates quoted are all-inclusive, covering electricity, taxes, Wi-Fi, and linen and towels.
