Experience the charm of the Montlouis sur Loire vineyards and the Castle Road with a stay in our cozy small house at the foot of the hills.On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room of 30 m² and a convenient toilet. Upstairs, there is a comfortable master bedroom of 11 m², a duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in a mezzanine, and a bathroom with a toilet.
The main room features a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a cozy sitting area with a sofa and TV. Enjoy dining outside on the lovely terrace (garden furniture available).
We can provide a cot and high chair upon request.
Our location is ideal, only 15 km away from popular attractions such as Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours. Nature lovers will appreciate the easy access to the Loire River bike path, just 100 m from the house. A cooperative cellar and gourmet restaurant are conveniently located 150 m away. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets can be found just 5 km away. Mini-Chateaux and the Touraine Aquarium are only a 10-minute drive away. For those looking for a day trip, Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are both within an hour's drive.
The house is easily accessible via the A10 motorway and the TGV station, both just 9 km away.
Optional services include bed linen (10 for beds and 6 for single beds - please specify when booking), towels (5 per person), and an end-of-stay cleaning package (40 ).
Weekend rentals are also available for 100 for 2 days and 150 for 3 days.
We require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the balance due upon arrival. A tax surcharge of 0.50 per day per person applies. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Directions
To reach your destination, you have two options. First, you can take the A10 autoroute by car. Alternatively, you can opt for the train and exit either at A10 or A85. From there, it will take approximately 10 minutes to reach the station.
