This description is for a converted farm building that consists of four self-catering cottages. This gîte is connected to another gîte and a laundry facility. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen area and toilets. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a bathroom on this floor. The gîte is equipped with heating, a TV, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Additionally, there is a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the laundry. Outside, there is garden furniture and landscaped gardens, a courtyard, play area, and various sports amenities such as table tennis, table football, basketball, and badminton. Bedsheets can be rented and babysitting services are available. The gîte is tastefully furnished and comfortable, located in a quiet and sunny area near one of the most famous coastlines in Finistère. Welcome to our charming holiday home, where history meets modern comfort. The original construction of this house dates back to 1733, and you can still see the engraved date on the stone facade.Inside, we have ensured that you have all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, electric hob, cooker, toaster, and electric kettle. In the cozy living room, you'll find two sofas, a TV, and a DVD/CD player.
The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140x190cm), while the other has two single beds (90x190cm). All our beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses and slatted frames to ensure a restful sleep.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak.
Outside, you can enjoy the lovely garden with its outdoor furniture, parasol, and barbecue facilities.
For your convenience, we provide a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
Additional services are also available for your convenience. We offer free internet connection (ADSL) and a regional daily newspaper during July and August. You can make phone calls with a France Telecom card on-site.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer bed linen for a small fee of 8 euros per bed, and rental towels for 5 euros per person. If you need babysitting services, we can arrange it for you.
For your peace of mind, we offer a cleaning service before your departure for 25 euros.
Electricity is included up to 8kw per day, any additional usage will be charged at a rate of 0.12 euros per kilowatt.
If you are traveling with a baby, please let us know at the time of booking, as we provide baby equipment.
Finally, if you are a motorbike enthusiast, we offer a secure and dry garage for your bike overnight.

GITE DE PLAIN PIED
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans le gîte de plain pied chez Mme. et M. GUILLO à LANJULIEN à la Foret Fouesnant début avril 2011, nous avons été très bien accueilli, le gîte est spacieux, très bien équipé, nous y avons trouvé tout le confort, c'est super calme pour se reposer. Vraiment nous conseillons à celles et ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes de s'adresser à Mme. et M. GUILLO ces propriétaires sont supers sympathiques , cela fait 2 ans que nous passons nos vacances chez eux. Il y a de nombreuses promenades et visites à faire aux alentours. Nous reviendrons en 2012.
