Situated in the municipality of Saint-François, along the scenic route to Pointe des Châteaux, a classified and protected site renowned for its exceptional landscapes, Villa Casa Blanca is nestled within the renowned Karukéra resort complex, which is home to the craft village and the House of Coco.
Access to one of Guadeloupe's most beautiful beaches, Anse à la Gourde, is just a short walk away via a private road. Additionally, nearby attractions include the Salines beach Tarare (naturist) and various idyllic coves within the lagoon. The resort of St. Francis offers an array of amenities such as a casino, an 18-hole international golf course, a marina, a port, an airfield, and a wide selection of restaurants and shops.
Set on a spacious 525 m2 plot, the house features a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen with two bars overlooking the pool, two bedrooms (one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds, plus a cot), each with their own air-conditioned ensuite bathroom. Additional amenities include a dishwasher, a washing machine, traditional ovens, a microwave, a TV, a DVD player, and internet access via a domino 3G wifi device. Linen is provided, and the house is equipped with a safe and electric shutters.
Outside, a large covered terrace beckons for al fresco dining beside the sizable L-shaped saltwater pool - the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
