Description for Gite

This charming cottage is attached to the owner's house and is situated within a beautifully landscaped, enclosed garden. The ground floor features a spacious living area, encompassing a lounge, dining room, and kitchen, as well as a comfortable first bedroom with a 140-sized bed and an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a 140-sized bed, a third bedroom with two 80-sized beds and a crib, and a second bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace and garden area equipped with a living room set and a barbecue for your enjoyment. Additionally, you have access to a heated swimming pool, a park, a bike shelter, and a playground for children, complete with table tennis, swings, and a trampoline. If desired, free bikes are available upon request, allowing you to embark on a delightful journey along the Cher River to visit the magnificent Chenonceau Castle via the towpath. To ensure the comfort of all guests, smoking is prohibited within the cottage, and pets are not allowed.
