Located just 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, our furnished 3-star tourism accommodation offers complete independence from the owners. Serenity and independence are guaranteed here, thanks to our spacious 1000m² garden and a large heated swimming pool (10x4) with comfortable deck chairs ideal for relaxing. Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, depending on weather conditions.Your suite is situated in the mezzanine area of the house, providing privacy and tranquility. The lower part of the house, approximately 80m², is exclusively reserved for your use, ensuring complete independence. Your room features a comfortable 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, a large room is at your disposal for meals during inclement weather. You will also have access to a private bathroom with a shower, a private toilet, and a TV room furnished with a cozy leather sofa.
During good weather, we serve breakfast and meals by the pool. Our table d'hote service is available upon request at an additional cost, offering a variety of seafood platters, oysters, and other local delicacies.
A designated parking space is reserved for you within our secured property. The room rate varies according to the season, ranging from 75 to 95, and includes breakfast as well as unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.
Ensuring the utmost discretion and independence of our guests is our top priority. Reservations can be made via email or telephone after the rental contract is sent and a 25% deposit of the total stay price is received.
