Our charming cottage in the Lot department is dedicated to preserving the authenticity and beauty of the region. Located in the picturesque village of Madeleine Faycelles, our stone house offers a unique and immersive experience.Surrounded by stunning natural landscapes, our cottage is the perfect base for exploring the enchanting attractions of the region. Discover the historic wonders of Rocamadour, Padirac, Cahors, Saint-Cirq, Cajarc, and Figeac, the medieval town and birthplace of Champollion, where you can delve into the heart of Egyptian history and culture.
With a capacity of 6 people, our spacious lodging spans 120 sqm and features a 60 sqm terrace for you to enjoy. The cottage boasts three bedrooms with comfortable 140 beds, a fully equipped American kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped living area with a TV. Additionally, our kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience. The bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and toilet facilities.
Stay connected with our provided internet access and relax on the terrace overlooking the park and the 4 x 8 swimming pool. Please note that bed linen is provided, and we do not accept pets.
Getting to our cottage is easy. If traveling by car, follow the A20 highway from Paris to Brive, then take exit 56 towards Figeac. If coming from the Toulouse-Cahors road, also take exit 56 towards Figeac. In Figeac, follow the signs for "Villefranche de Rouergue" (D 822) and continue for 6 miles until you reach the Madeleine, where you will find our signposted entrance.
For those arriving by train, Figeac Train Station is conveniently located 6 km away and offers daily connections from Paris, Toulouse, Brive, and Aurillac. If flying, Rodez airport is 60 km from Figeac, while Toulouse-Blagnac airport is 155 km away.
To book your stay, please contact us at dubostgerard@orange.fr or call us at 06/79/97/35/04. We require a deposit check payable to Mr. Dubost, sent to the address 46100 La Madeleine Faycelles, corresponding to 30% of the total stay. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your booking and collect the check on the date of your arrival. Please note that we do not have a credit card system. A deposit will also be required upon arrival, and it will be returned to you upon departure.
Rates for a week-long stay (7 nights) are as follows:
- From 1 July to 11 July and from 22 August to 31 August: 850 euros for 6 people.
- From July 11 to August 22: 1050 euros for 6 people.

Find the A 20 motorway towards Paris and Toulouse. Take exit 56 in the direction of Figeac. Avoid going towards Faycel Figeac. Instead, continue on the D 822 road for approximately 7 kilometers until you reach Madeleine. Once you reach a crossing marked as access, turn left.
