Located just 100 meters from the sea in the charming village of Penmarc'h, our cottage is the perfect seaside escape. Situated in the heart of the country bigouden in South Finistère, this lovely accommodation offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The municipality of Penmarc'h boasts 8 kilometers of beautiful sandy beaches and secluded coves, providing the ideal setting for a peaceful getaway.Our 60 square meter cottage is south facing, ensuring plenty of natural light throughout the day, and was completely renovated in 2008 using eco-friendly materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams and a stove for those cooler evenings. Also on the ground floor, you will find a convenient laundry room with a washing machine.
On the first floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds with the option of accommodating a third person. A well-appointed bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet completes the first floor. Each room is equipped with heating, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. We also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families traveling with little ones.
Outside, you can relax on the 17 square meter terrace, which is sheltered and faces south. The terrace is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
The weekly rental price for our cottage is €520 during July and August, €350 during school holidays in June and September, and €300 during other periods. Please note that water and electricity charges are not included in the rental price and will be based on the current billing rate and meter readings.
Check-in is available from 3 pm on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. To secure your reservation, we require a signed lease and a 30% deposit of the rental sum. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival.
