This 33 m2 gite in Brittany is perfect for a peaceful getaway for two. Located in a residential area, it offers a serene and green environment. The gite has garden-level access and an independent entrance. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a BBQ, garden table, and chairs. It is conveniently situated just 300 m away from shops and 600 m from the town center.The gite offers a comfortable sitting-room and a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, and microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower stall and two wash basins. There are also toilets available. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed measuring 160x200. Guests can enjoy entertainment with the TV and wifi internet access. Beddings can be provided upon request, and access to a washing machine and iron is also available.
The gite is available for weekly rentals, and a 25 percent deposit can be paid via bank transfer.
There are plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, including swimming, sailing, scuba diving, fishing, golf, tennis, horse riding, thalassotherapy, and even visiting the local casino, cinemas, and discos. The sandy beaches of the Pink Granite coast are within close proximity, offering beautiful walks along coastal paths. Guests can also take a boat trip to the seven islands reserve or visit the aquarium of Tregastel. Other nearby attractions include Pleumeur Bodou and its Telecommunications Center (featuring a radôme and museum), a planetarium, and a "village gaulois".
