This description is for an old house that was restored in 2013/2014. It has a total area of 300 square meters and features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. Each room is uniquely decorated with a specific theme, offering a combination of comfort, luxury, and charm. One of the rooms, called the "Captain's Room," is designed with a maritime and captain theme. It is adorned with cabin boat decorations and family photos. The room also has a terrace that resembles a boat deck. Access to the courtyard garden and outdoor area is provided through a staircase.
Another room, called the "Genghis Khan Chamber," is reminiscent of a Mongolian yurt. The walls and "roof" of the room are made of stretched canvas, supported by a central pillar and wooden beams. The interior is decorated with typical yurt elements, such as a painted chest and a Mongolian stove. The color scheme revolves around red and cream. The room has a French door that leads directly to the terrace, and a corridor provides access to the stairs leading to the courtyard garden. The spacious bathroom in this room features a walk-in shower.
The "Maharani Room" is a 30 square meter room adorned with Indian decor, predominantly in shades of blue. It boasts original furniture and has a door that leads directly to the courtyard garden. An additional door allows for communication with an adjoining room, making it suitable for accommodating families.
The "French Room" features a classic decor inspired by the 18th and 19th centuries. It offers a view of the garden courtyard through a large bay window.
All the rooms are equipped with double beds, ranging in size from 140x200 to 180x200, depending on the room. The Genghis Khan Chamber also has a second bed (90x200) to accommodate up to three people. Guests can socialize in a small area near the fireplace in the entrance, in the dining room/library, or on the terrace.
