Welcome to Southern Finistère, Britain! This holiday house is the perfect retreat for 2 to 6 people, located just 150m away from a beautiful sandy beach. The house features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a spacious living room, three comfortable bedrooms (with a double bed in each and two single beds), a bathroom with toilet, a small bathroom, and an additional toilet.The property boasts a lovely fenced yard, perfect for outdoor activities, as well as two terraces where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also provided for your convenience. Additionally, we offer baby equipment to ensure a comfortable stay for families with young children.
One of the highlights of this location is the opportunity to enjoy freshly caught fish and seafood from the nearby fishing port of Guilvinec. For water enthusiasts, a sailing club is just 300m away, offering activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, and dinghy sailing from mid-June to mid-September.
Convenience is also key, as all necessary shops are just 900m away, and two markets take place each week on Tuesdays and Sundays.
Prices range from 300 to 680 (excluding charges), with rates starting at 280 per week for two people during the off-season (January, February, November, and December). During school holidays, the rate is 300 per week, and in June and September, it is 350 per week. For summer 2019, the rate is 680 to 700 per week.
