Welcome to our charming B & B, a tranquil retreat nestled on the outskirts of a lush forest on the steep slopes of the Aveyron river Gorge. Located just 1 km away is the historic Bastide of Villefranche de Rouergue. Your bedroom overlooks the serene Aveyron river, surrounded by a majestic forest of oak and ash trees. The scenic La Baume country road follows the meandering path of the river, offering stunning views of green hills as you make your way towards the Gorge of the Aveyron, a mere 15-minute walk from the bastide. Once adorned with vineyards, the terraces now provide a panoramic view of the picturesque surroundings. The ancient dwelling, perched on the hillside, was once a wine grower's house. Your luminous bedroom, decorated in soothing pastel tones, can accommodate 2 to 3 people and offers a private bathroom with a shower and WC. The living room, shared with the owner, features a television for your enjoyment. Outside, you can relax in the landscaped garden, complete with outdoor seating, a barbecue, and even a hammock.Reviews

Nous sommes un couple israelien et lors de notre voyage en France nous avons passe un excellent sejour (1 nuit) dans un cadre magnifique avec beaucoup de verdure et une chambre spacieuse. Les proprietaires Daniel et Sylvie Vuilloz sont des gens charmants, prets a aider.

How to get here?
• From Toulouse:
- By car:
Take the toll highway from Toulouse to Caussade, then follow A62 and A20. From Caussade to Villefranche, take D926.
Alternatively, you can take the free national road from Toulouse to Caussade (N20), then follow D926 to Villefranche.
- By rail:
If you prefer to travel by train, there are several daily trains from Toulouse to Villefranche. We can arrange to pick you up from the Villefranche railway station. Please call us at 05 65 45 03 16 for more information.
• From Paris:
- By car:
If you are driving from Paris, you can take the toll highway A10 and A71 towards Vierzon. Then, take A20 towards Brive and exit at number 56 towards Figeac (N140). Finally, follow D922 from Figeac to Villefranche.
Alternatively, you can take A71 towards Clermont Ferrand, then A75 towards Séverac. From there, follow N88 to Rodez and D994 and D1 to Villefranche.
- By rail:
There are day and night trains available from Auzterlitz to Capdenac. We can arrange to pick you up from the Villefranche railway station.
- By air:
If you prefer to fly, there are daily flights from Paris-Orly to Rodez-Marcillac operated by Britair.
