Welcome to "Apart'Observatoire Saint Jean," a charming and character-filled gite overlooking the historic district of Lyon. Located on the fourth floor of an 18th-century building, this guest apartment offers stunning panoramic views of the Saint Jean Cathedral, Basilica of Fourvière, and the picturesque Renaissance rooftops. Restored in a rustic and traditional style, this short-term rental accommodation is furnished with beautiful antiques and provides all the necessary comforts, including internet access.The apartment is split into two levels and a mezzanine. The first floor features a fully furnished kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Being in a tourist area, it's also easy to find a typical "bouchon lyonnais" restaurant for dining out. The mezzanine area includes a sofa bed, coffee table, cupboard, safe, and internet access. On the second level, you'll find a comfortable bed, chest of drawers, TV, and a private bathroom.
Cleaning is provided once a week, and fresh sheets and towels are also provided. Please note that we do not allow animals for the comfort of all guests. For availability and reservations, please contact us.

Directions from the A6 motorway from Paris:
- Take the direction toward LYON CENTRE.
- Go through the tunnel and take the first exit FOURVIERE.
- After exiting the tunnel, take the exit for OLD LYON LYON SAINT JEAN.
- Follow the banks of the Saône until you reach the bridge Bonaparte, at the height of the cathedral.
- Enter the PARKING SAINT GEORGES or Saint John.
Directions from the A7 motorway from Marseille:
- On arrival in Lyon, take the exit for La Mulatière, LYON banks of the Saône.
- Continue along the left bank of the Saone.
- Follow the banks of the Saône until you reach the bridge Bonaparte, at the height of the cathedral.
- Enter the PARKING SAINT GEORGES or Saint John.
Directions from Highway A43 from Grenoble and Chambéry:
- Set your course towards the Basilica of FOURVIÈRE, which can be seen in the distance on the hill.
- Always keep this direction.
- Take the direction toward LYON then LYON MERMOZ.
