Situated in a peaceful hamlet of nine houses (Mas) in the town of Carver, just 5 km from Belvès in the Black Perigord, this charming cottage offers a tranquil retreat. Perched on a hill, it boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys and the medieval village of Belvès. Housed in a 250m² barn of an old Perigourdine farm, the cottage has been lovingly renovated using traditional materials and techniques.With the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, this spacious cottage is perfect for families and friends seeking a getaway without feeling crowded. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area of 70m², complete with a traditional stone fireplace, TV, library, and hifi system. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, and more. Large windows in the living room open onto a 75m² terrace facing south, providing a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. The terrace is protected from the sun by sails and offers a large wooden table and a barbecue.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with two 90cm beds and an en-suite bathroom designed to accommodate disabled guests. Moving to the first floor, a wide corridor serves as a playground and features a beautifully carved wooden rocking horse. This floor also houses four bedrooms, three of which are generously sized and boast family furniture and windows overlooking the valleys to the south. The first bedroom offers a double bed (160 x 200) with a shower and toilet, while the second bedroom includes two single beds and two bunk beds, along with a bathroom and separate toilet. The third bedroom features an old walnut bed (although all beds are new and of the highest quality) and shares a bathroom and toilet with the fourth bedroom, which offers two beds and a selection of books and games. Upon request, a cot can be provided in one of the rooms. Additionally, there is a laundry room on the first floor with a washing machine, ironing board, and other amenities.
Overall, this cottage provides a spacious and comfortable retreat in a picturesque setting, perfect for large families or groups of friends.

Directions
To reach your destination, use your navigation cards or any other means of navigation to follow the D703 road in the direction of Bergerac to Souillac. Specifically, when you arrive at the cities of St Cyprien in the Périgord or Siorac, follow these directions:
1. From Saint Cyprian: After traveling approximately 7 km past St Cyprien, turn left onto the D53 road towards Saint Germain de Belves, Thrush, St. Lawrence. If you pass under a railway bridge and reach a roundabout, you are in Siorac (see directions below).
2. From Siorac (if you are coming from Bergerac and Périgueux, through the bush): At the roundabout, take the direction of Sarlat and join the D53 road. It will be the first road on your right, approximately 200 meters after the roundabout.
3. Follow the road along the golf course until you reach a T junction at the end of the road (approximately 4 km). Turn left towards Milandes Castle and Castle Castelnaud.
4. After traveling about 800 meters, take the first small road on the right. There will be a sign with a parrot just around the corner.
5. The road will ascend, passing through a small village with a castle, and continue to the top of the hill. On the right side of the road, you will see a small sign that says "The Farmhouse." The Garipiere, the set of buildings you are looking for, is just after this sign on the right. Congratulations, you have arrived!
