Our holiday accommodation boasts a well-established 2 acre garden, complete with a children's play area featuring a 4m trampoline and swimming pool. From our property, you can admire breathtaking views of Cognac vines and explore the surrounding miles of forest either by foot or by utilizing our bicycles. Despite our rural setting, we are conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away from the vibrant towns of Cognac and Saintes. In these towns, you will find a variety of amenities such as daily fresh food markets, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, boutiques, and tourist attractions.Our accommodation consists of three spacious bedrooms: Oak, Pine, and Acacia. Each room is named after a tree found in our garden. Oak is specifically designed to accommodate a family of four, with two adults and two young children. Both Oak and Pine feature modern and roomy en-suite shower rooms and are situated on the first floor. Acacia, located on the ground floor, offers a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with a blend of traditional French furniture and contemporary pieces, creating a unique ambiance in each space.
Surrounded by vineyards and forest, our house is situated in a tranquil location, providing a peaceful retreat. Within our expansive garden, you will find an array of sun loungers and chairs scattered throughout, allowing you to relax, play, read, or enjoy a meal in a secluded spot. Additionally, we provide an 8 x 4 meter swimming pool (available from June to September), swings, badminton, and football nets for your enjoyment. As our guest, you will also have access to off-street private parking.
