This 90m² conditioned house features 3 bedrooms and is situated in a very quiet location. The Bédinière, a half-timbered house, has been open since December 2012 and is classified as 3 ears. It is an emblematic representation of the Sologne region, located within 5 kilometers of Chambord Park and in close proximity to other castles of the Loire, such as Blois, Cheverny, Chaumont, Chenonceau, Amboise, and Beauregard. This is an ideal location for biking enthusiasts, as it is surrounded by beautiful cycling routes in the stunning region of Sologne. Additionally, it is conveniently near Center Park and the natural beauty of BEAUVAL.Baignade Zoo Mont-près-Chambord.

The cottage is situated 700 meters from a typical Solognot town, on a spacious plot. With 3 independent rooms, each featuring large bedding, the cottage comfortably accommodates 6 people, and can potentially accommodate up to 8 people. Weekend stays are also available for 250.

On the ground floor, you will find a dining room with a farm table and a cozy lounge area, complete with a sofa bed for 2 people. The room is equipped with a flat screen TV and features characteristic beams and an oak staircase that represents the Sologne style. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge-freezer, and various small appliances. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with 2 natural stone sinks and a large shower, as well as a separate toilet. There is a bedroom with beams, a double bed (160), and a closet on this floor as well.

Upstairs, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160), a wardrobe, and a TV. Additionally, there is a bedroom with 2 beds (90) that can be converted into a double bed (180), as well as a wardrobe. A bathroom with a natural stone basin and toilet completes this floor.

The cottage offers free Wi-Fi and a welcome box featuring regional products. Bed sheets are provided free of charge, and towels are available at a rate of 5 per person for the duration of the stay. Cleaning services can be requested for an additional charge of 50.

Outside, there is a spacious area with a large table, chairs, and armchairs, all situated under the shade of the trees. This is the perfect spot to enjoy meals and relax in a peaceful setting. A barbecue is also available for guests to use.

Guests can also explore the wildlife of the Sologne Sauvage, including the opportunity to witness rutting deer in close proximity to the cottage. The region is known for its ponds and diverse inhabitants, offering a true taste of the countryside Raboliot.
