This cozy ground floor features a spacious living room, a dining area and a comfortable lounge area with a television. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and various small household appliances. An electric water heater ensures hot water availability.Upstairs, you will find a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom offers a single bed.
Outside, there is a lovely lawn area, convenient parking space, and garden furniture for relaxation. A barbecue is also available for outdoor cooking and dining.
For leisure activities, guests can enjoy playing tennis just 3km away, as well as make use of bicycles, table tennis, and a climbing frame. Additionally, there is a delightful assortment of small animals on the property, including chickens, goats, sheep, and more.
