Welcome to our Savoy old farm house, located in the charming village of Le Corbier (common CHAVANOD), just a few minutes away from the beautiful city of Annecy and its stunning lake (7 km).The house (apartment) can accommodate up to 5 people and offers the following amenities:
1. A fully equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dishes, kitchen utensils, sofa, WIFI internet, and television.
2. One bedroom with a comfortable 140cm bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
3. Another bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed, a shower, a toilet, and internet access.
4. A terrace equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture.
5. Private parking for your convenience.
6. Shops are conveniently located just 450m away, and there is a bus stop only 80m from the property. Annecy is just a 10-minute drive, while Geneva can be reached in 30 minutes. Chambery and Lac du Bourget are a 40-minute drive away, and Chamonix and Turin can be reached in 1 hour and 2 hours and 15 minutes, respectively.
At COTTAGE SAVOISIEN, you will have access to various tourist circuits that can be explored by car, allowing you to discover the natural beauty and breathtaking landscapes of Savoy.
We welcome pets in the house (apartment), but kindly note that they are not allowed in the guest rooms.

Access: If you are coming from the A41 (Lyon-Geneva and Turin) Highway:
- If you are coming from CRUSEILLES, GENEVA, TURIN, take the Annecy SOUTH exit and head towards SEYNOD. Stay in the right lane and avoid taking the Annecy exit. After passing BRESSIS church, make a right turn towards the 16 departmental road leading to CHAVANOD.
- If you are coming from LYON, AIX-LES-BAINS, take the ALBY/CHERAN-RUMILLY exit or Sortie15.1. Follow the 201 road towards Annecy and after passing Treige village, make a left turn towards the road leading to CHAVANOD Field of the FTA.
