Located just 6 km from the gates of Agen, on the outskirts of the charming village of St-Cirq Colayrac, you will find a beautifully restored character house. Marie and Marc Anthoine warmly welcome you to their meticulously renovated home, which they have tastefully decorated. Offering two levels of accommodation, including four spacious bedrooms, two family rooms, and two suites, each equipped with their own bathroom and toilet.During your stay, you can enjoy the cozy common room, where a delicious breakfast is served by the comforting warmth of a fireplace in the winter. Additionally, a communal kitchen is available for your convenience, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and hotplates. Relaxation and conviviality are always on offer, with internet access provided via computer and printer (wifi available in the rooms), as well as a selection of books and games for your entertainment.
In the summer months, make the most of the expansive garden, complete with hammocks and relaxation areas. Take advantage of the terrace and the inviting 10mx4m communal pool, which boasts a depth of 1.40m and is equipped with an alarm for safety. For those interested in cycling, Marc-Antoine, an enthusiastic cyclist, is more than happy to offer advice on the best routes and paths to explore. Discover picturesque walks along the nearby canal or embark on a scenic hike. Please note that there is a local tax to be paid during your stay.

Directions
After passing through the village towards Bordeaux, you will come across a blocked entrance with a sign that says "colayrac st Cirq" shortly afterwards. The house is located 100m to the right. Take the hairpin turn and you will find the entrance just before the "Espoir FM" radio station. The house is easily identifiable with a suspended sign that says "Gîte de France" in front of it.
