This charming Gite was once the original farmhouse built in 1795. While it may not offer luxury, it provides a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Despite its small size, it ensures comfort throughout. The bathroom features a compact yet functional shower and toilet, while the bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. Additionally, on the first floor, there is another Gite with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, the garden boasts a delightful "garden house" spanning 30m2, complete with a kitchen, table, sofa, fridge, and more.

Directions

To reach St Germain de Confolens, follow the route from Bellac to Confolens. As you proceed, you will come across a bridge that crosses over the Vienne River and leads you into St Radegond. Take the first left onto the D71 road. Continue driving for approximately 1.5 km, and you will find us on the right side of the road.
